Garlic Sausage Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter Sausage Bites

01 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
02 - 3 tbsp of butter
03 - 1 lb of smoked or Italian sausage, cut into small pieces
04 - 1 tbsp of olive oil
05 - Salt to your taste
06 - Chopped parsley for topping
07 - Black pepper, as much as you'd like
08 - 1 tsp of seasoning mix (Italian blend)

→ Creamy Parmesan Pasta

09 - 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, shredded
10 - 12 oz of your choice of pasta (penne or fettuccine, for example)
11 - A couple tablespoons of butter (about 2 tbsp)
12 - Fresh parsley, cut up, for garnishing
13 - 1 ½ cups of heavy whipping cream
14 - 1 tsp garlic powder
15 - Salt to fit your taste
16 - ½ tsp of ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Take a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium. Put in the sliced sausage and let it brown on both sides, around 4-5 minutes. Take it out of the pan and put it aside.
02 - Using the same pan, toss in the butter and let it melt on medium. Add in the minced garlic, stir it around for a bit—1 to 2 minutes—until it smells amazing. Mix the sausage back in, coat it well in all that buttery goodness. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and seasoning. Turn off the heat and sprinkle parsley on top.
03 - Take a big pot, fill it with water, and add some salt. Bring it to a boil, then cook the pasta just like the package instructs. Drain it when it's done and put it aside.
04 - On medium heat, melt the butter in a big saucepan. Pour in the cream and garlic powder, stirring all the time. Slowly add the Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce turns smooth and velvety. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, as you like.
05 - Mix your cooked pasta with the creamy cheese sauce until it's well coated. Place the garlic butter sausage bites on top. Add some extra parsley and Parmesan as a finishing touch.
