Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9×13 pan with non-stick spray and put it aside.

Use a large bowl to whip together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until they’re fluffy.

Blend in the peanut butter, followed by the eggs and vanilla, stirring until it all comes together smoothly.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt with a whisk or fork.

Little by little, add the dry powder mix into the wet blend. Stir lightly so it’s just combined.

Gently fold the oats into the mixture until they’re evenly mixed throughout.

Bake in the middle of the oven for around 20 to 25 minutes. Once the edges turn light brown and a toothpick slides out clean from the middle, it’s ready.
