01 -
In a heated skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then get rid of the extra grease. Mix in the taco seasoning and water, and let it cook for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
02 -
Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and get a baking tray ready with some parchment paper. Lay the pizza dough out into a rectangle about 10 by 15 inches on a surface with a little flour.
03 -
Spread the beef mixture evenly onto the dough, keeping a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and cheese on top.
04 -
Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log shape. Pinch the edges closed to keep it sealed.
05 -
Slice the rolled log into sections about 1 inch thick, and put them on the baking tray with the cut sides facing up.
06 -
Combine the melted butter, parsley, and minced garlic in a bowl.
07 -
Brush the tops of the rollups with the garlic butter. Bake them for around 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
