Blueberry Yogurt Summer Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt.
02 - 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, wild type preferred.
03 - Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
04 - Maple syrup (1 to 2 teaspoons, optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a rimmed 12x9 inch tray with parchment. Clip it on if you want it to stay in place.
02 - Let the frozen blueberries soften for a bit, then smash them with a fork till squished flat.
03 - Mix the smashed berries with yogurt and any extras you want to toss in.
04 - Smooth the mixture out on the tray until it’s about a quarter to a third of an inch thick.
05 - Pop it in the freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours till it’s solid, then break it apart into smaller chunks.

# Notes:

01 - Yogurt with any fat level works fine here.
02 - You can tweak the sweetness to suit your taste.
03 - Keep pieces in the freezer with parchment separating them.
