Blue Christmas Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup sparkling sugar.
02 - 2 tablespoons cream, heavy kind.
03 - 2 tablespoons blue curacao liqueur.
04 - 2 cups of white chocolate pieces.

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave the chocolate and cream in a bowl on medium power for 30 seconds at a time. Give it a stir after each interval until it melts and blends together.
02 - Add the blue curacao to the melted chocolate and stir until fully combined.
03 - Pop the mixture in the fridge for a couple of hours. It should firm up nicely.
04 - Scoop out teaspoon-sized portions and roll into small balls. Then coat each one in the sparkling sugar.
05 - Arrange the coated balls on a tray lined with parchment paper. Put them back in the fridge for an hour to firm up. Store them cold.

# Notes:

01 - Add some blue food coloring if it looks pale.
02 - Always keep these chilled.
03 - The color changes based on the brand of curacao.
