Beef Gravy Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
02 - 2 cups uncooked egg noodles.
03 - 1/4 spoon Italian seasoning.
04 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
05 - 2 cups beef broth.
06 - Salt and black pepper.
07 - 2-3 minced garlic cloves.
08 - 1 chopped onion.
09 - 1 spoon of Worcestershire sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Salt some water and get it boiling. Toss in the noodles and follow the package directions.
02 - In a hot pan, cook your beef and onion together for about 10 minutes. Crumble the meat as it browns. Leave a little grease in the pan when done.
03 - Turn the heat down, toss in garlic, Worcestershire, and Italian herbs. Let it cook for a quick minute.
04 - Sprinkle flour over the mix, then stir. Let it cook for a couple of minutes.
05 - Slowly pour in broth while stirring it all around. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until it thickens up. Add a splash more broth if it’s too thick.
06 - Combine those cooked noodles with the mix. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to your liking. Eat it while it’s nice and hot.

# Notes:

01 - Simple and budget-friendly. Kids go nuts for it. Try mixing in peppers or mushrooms. For a creamy twist, add sour cream.
