Set your oven to heat at 350°F. Coat a 9×13-inch dish lightly with some spray oil.

Cut the sausage links into discs about 1-inch thick.

Toss the chopped sausage, BBQ sauce, mustard, and brown sugar together in the dish, making sure it's all blended nicely.

Cook for 45 minutes until the sauce thickens, gets darker, and starts bubbling. Stir everything a couple of times midway so all pieces are nicely coated.

You can serve as a quick bite with toothpicks, put it next to mac and cheese for a meal, or keep it warm for a party in a slow cooker set to WARM for 2-3 hours after baking.
