BBQ Bites Snack (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup BBQ sauce
02 - 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
03 - 2 packs (14 oz each) of smoked sausage
04 - 1/4 cup tightly packed light brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat at 350°F. Coat a 9×13-inch dish lightly with some spray oil.
02 - Cut the sausage links into discs about 1-inch thick.
03 - Toss the chopped sausage, BBQ sauce, mustard, and brown sugar together in the dish, making sure it's all blended nicely.
04 - Cook for 45 minutes until the sauce thickens, gets darker, and starts bubbling. Stir everything a couple of times midway so all pieces are nicely coated.
05 - You can serve as a quick bite with toothpicks, put it next to mac and cheese for a meal, or keep it warm for a party in a slow cooker set to WARM for 2-3 hours after baking.

01 - Giving the dish a stir during baking helps the sausage get that rich caramelized coating.
