Banana Brownie Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup butter, softened.
02 - 2 eggs.
03 - 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream.
04 - 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar.
05 - 3 to 4 bananas, mashed.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
07 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 3/4 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
10 - 1-2 tablespoons milk.
11 - 4 tablespoons butter.
12 - 2 teaspoons vanilla.
13 - 2 cups powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
02 - Whip butter and sugar together until light and creamy.
03 - Stir in the yogurt and beat in the eggs one at a time.
04 - Add the mashed bananas along with the vanilla and mix gently.
05 - Toss in the flour, salt, and baking soda. Don't overmix! Nuts can be added too.
06 - Transfer the batter into your greased pan, spreading it evenly.
07 - Bake for 23 to 28 minutes. Poke with a toothpick and if it comes out clean, it's done.
08 - Melt the butter on the stove and let it turn golden brown.
09 - Take it off the heat, then blend the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
10 - Pour the frosting over the warm dessert and spread it around with a spoon.

# Notes:

01 - Want nuts? Add them in.
02 - Chocolate chips are an option.
03 - Swap with cream cheese frosting.
04 - Reduce sugar a bit if you'd like.
05 - Good refrigerated for a couple of days.
06 - Freezes well up to 3 months.
