Heat up your oven to 400°F (200°C) and get a baking sheet ready by covering it with foil or parchment paper.

Lay the salmon fillets down with the skin side touching the lined baking sheet.

Mix the butter, honey, garlic, Dijon, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and paprika in a small bowl until smooth.

Coat the tops of the salmon generously with the glaze so they’re completely covered.

Pop the salmon into the oven for 12-15 minutes. It’s done when it easily flakes with a fork and hits 145°F internally.

Turn on your broiler for 2-3 minutes after baking if you’d like a golden, caramelized top.

Sprinkle parsley on top and serve right away, adding lemon slices if you’d like.
