Cheesy Zucchini Snacks (Print Version)

01 - About 2 medium zucchini, shredded and squeezed to remove liquid (2 cups)
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar
03 - 1 1/4 cups plain panko breadcrumbs
04 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced

→ Seasonings

07 - Use 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or adjust to your taste

→ For Serving

09 - Dip with ranch dressing if you like

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put it aside for now.
02 - Grab a big bowl and mix the shredded zucchini, cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, dill, and seasonings until you get a nice, even mixture.
03 - Scoop about a tablespoon of the mix, roll it into a little ball, and place it on your prepared baking sheet. Keep going until you've used all the mixture.
04 - Bake for roughly 30 minutes, flipping them over halfway so they cook and crisp evenly.
05 - Serve them up warm and dip into ranch, if that's your thing!
