Set your oven to 350°F and grab a cast iron skillet to hold the brie.

Use a knife to make small crisscross cuts, just on the top layer of the rind.

Spoon the fig jam on top of the scored cheese surface.

Pop it in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, till it’s gooey and soft.

Let it cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle the pecans over the top.
