Maple Bacon Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon bacon fat
02 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup (pure)
03 - 2 crispy bacon slices, chopped into tiny bits
04 - 1 cup of butter, left out to soften

# Instructions:

01 - Fry your bacon until it's nice and crunchy, then chop it into fine crumbs.
02 - Using a small bowl, toss in the softened butter, bacon crumbs, maple syrup, and bacon fat. Stir until smooth and airy.
03 - Scoop the blend into a little container, seal it up, and keep it in the fridge for up to 7 days.
