# Ingredients:

01 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 large eggs, whisked
04 - 1 tablespoon milk
05 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened to room temp
06 - 1/2 cup crispy cooked bacon, broken into small bits
07 - Salt and pepper, add as you like
08 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella
09 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
10 - 2 cups finely crushed nacho cheese Doritos

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F (190°C). With a sturdy knife, carefully create a pocket on the side of each chicken breast without slicing through it.
02 - Combine the softened cream cheese, bacon bits, and mozzarella cheese in a medium-sized bowl. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper based on your taste.
03 - Scoop the cream cheese mix and fill each chicken pocket evenly. If needed, close the openings with toothpicks so the filling doesn’t spill out.
04 - Grab three shallow dishes: one for the crushed Doritos, a second for the flour, and a third for the milk whisked together with the beaten eggs.
05 - Dust each stuffed chicken breast lightly with flour and shake off extra. Dip it into the egg mixture, then coat it fully with the Doritos, pressing gently to make sure it sticks.
06 - In a big, oven-friendly skillet, warm up the olive oil over medium-high heat. Place the breaded chicken in and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until both sides are nice and golden.
