Add the avocado to the food processor with lime juice and cumin. Whirl everything together until it’s creamy. Sprinkle with a little salt, if you'd like.

Lengthwise, slice each boiled egg evenly in half.

Take one egg half and put a thin slice of cheddar on top.

Set a small piece of bacon over the cheese, then scoop some of the avocado spread onto it.

Flip the second egg half over, placing it on top of the avocado mixture. Push a toothpick through the center to hold it all together.

Do the same thing for all the eggs you have left. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to finish, and serve them up.
