Pop the bread into a toaster or heat it on a pan until it’s golden brown and crunchy.

Fry the bacon in a pan for around 4–5 minutes or until it’s crunchy. Use paper towels to soak up extra grease.

Slice the avocado by cutting it in half, removing the seed, and cutting into thin slices.

Add a thin layer of mayo or mustard to one side of each piece of toasted bread.

Take one slice of prepared bread and place turkey, tomato, and lettuce on top.

Layer avocado slices on the lettuce, then add two crispy bacon strips.

Take another toasted slice, spread the condiment, and stack it with turkey, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and avocado once more.

Finish the sandwich with the last bread slice.

Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters, and enjoy right away.
