Turkey Avocado Club (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Breads and spread options

01 - Mayonnaise or mustard, whichever you prefer
02 - 3 slices of white or whole wheat bread

→ Proteins

03 - 2 bacon strips
04 - 4 slices of turkey breast

→ Fresh veggies

05 - A handful of lettuce leaves
06 - Tomato slices, as many as you'd like
07 - 1 avocado, cut into slices

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the bread into a toaster or heat it on a pan until it’s golden brown and crunchy.
02 - Fry the bacon in a pan for around 4–5 minutes or until it’s crunchy. Use paper towels to soak up extra grease.
03 - Slice the avocado by cutting it in half, removing the seed, and cutting into thin slices.
04 - Add a thin layer of mayo or mustard to one side of each piece of toasted bread.
05 - Take one slice of prepared bread and place turkey, tomato, and lettuce on top.
06 - Layer avocado slices on the lettuce, then add two crispy bacon strips.
07 - Take another toasted slice, spread the condiment, and stack it with turkey, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and avocado once more.
08 - Finish the sandwich with the last bread slice.
09 - Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters, and enjoy right away.
