Slice up the apples into pieces, toss them into a pan with cinnamon, salt, and coconut oil, and set it to medium heat. Cover it and let them soften for a couple of minutes, about 2-3.

Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) to warm up.

Take all the crumble ingredients, throw them into your food processor, add a bit of water (1 tablespoon is enough), and blend until it forms a sticky crumbly dough.

Lightly grease a small baking pan or use parchment paper to line it. Layer the apples on the bottom evenly, then grab the crumble dough, make bigger chunks, and scatter them over the apples.

Pop the dish into the oven and let it bake for around 15-20 minutes. You'll know it's ready when the crumble is golden and crispy.

Once it's out of the oven, give it a few minutes to cool off before serving with a scoop of yogurt, ice cream, or a splash of milk.
