Iced Butterfly Pea Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - 1 cup of hot water
02 - 1 tbsp of dried or 5-6 fresh butterfly pea flowers, or 1 tea bag

→ Milk Base

03 - 1/2 cup of milk—dairy, almond, coconut, oat, or any plant-based kind

→ Optional Add-ins

04 - A teaspoon of lemon juice
05 - 1-2 teaspoons of your favorite sweetener or honey
06 - A few ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Pour boiling water over the dried or fresh flowers, or place the tea bag in hot water. Let it soak for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bag or strain out the flowers, then set the tea aside to cool off to room temperature.
02 - For more sweetness, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or another sweetener to the warm tea. Stir well until it completely dissolves.
03 - Shake the milk in a closed jar, whip it with a frother, or blend it until it turns foamy. You can do this with cold milk.
04 - Start by adding ice cubes to a glass. Pour the cooled tea on the ice, then gently top it off with the foamed milk to create pretty layers.
05 - If you'd like, squeeze in a tiny bit of lemon juice. The blue drink will change to a beautiful purple shade instantly.
06 - Add a few dried or fresh butterfly pea flowers on top for a stunning garnish. Sip on your cool Butterfly Pea Flower Milk Tea.

# Notes:

01 - Not only does lemon juice brighten the flavor, but it also makes the drink change to a lovely purple.
