Cheesy Taco Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
02 - 1/4 cup water
03 - 2 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
04 - 1 pizza dough
05 - 1 lb lean ground beef

→ For the sauce

06 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
07 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
08 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
09 - 1 teaspoon lime juice

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F to warm up.
02 - Cook the ground beef in a large pan. Get rid of any extra grease.
03 - Mix in the taco seasoning, pour in the water, and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
04 - Spread out the pizza dough on a flat, clean surface.
05 - Evenly layer the cooked beef over the dough and sprinkle the Mexican cheese on top.
06 - Roll up the dough like a log, then slice it into 1/2-inch pieces.
07 - Arrange the pinwheels on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-14 minutes, until puffy and golden brown.
08 - Mix the Greek yogurt, ranch dressing, lime juice, and cilantro together in a bowl until smooth.
