Sourdough Brie Garlic Herb (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
02 - 1 large round sourdough loaf
03 - 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
04 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2 cloves of minced garlic
06 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
07 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped small
08 - Salt and pepper, a pinch of each
09 - Fresh parsley to sprinkle on top (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to warm up to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Grab a sharp knife to slice the top off the loaf. Scoop out most of the bread inside, leaving about an inch along the edges.
03 - Stir the melted butter, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until combined.
04 - Put the empty bread shell on a baking sheet. Coat the inside with the garlic butter mix, add the cheese slices, and spread cranberry sauce on top. Keep layering until it’s full.
05 - Place the bread lid back on and brush the outside with leftover garlic butter. Wrap the whole thing in foil and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the bread is golden.
06 - Take the foil off and let it sit for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley if you'd like, then cut it up and enjoy while warm.
