Snow Ice Cream Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 1/2 cup sugar
02 - 1 cup milk (whole)
03 - A pinch of salt
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla

→ Snow

05 - 8 to 10 cups of freshly gathered, untouched snow

→ Optional Add-ons

06 - Sprinkles in bright colors (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a medium bowl and combine milk, sugar, vanilla, plus a tiny pinch of salt. Whisk until the sugar vanishes into the mixture.
02 - Gently stir 8 cups of your clean snow into the liquid. Mix carefully. If it feels too soft, toss in 1 or 2 more cups of snow to get that creamy, light consistency.
03 - Scoop your chilled treat into bowls and sprinkle some colorful toppings over the top if you’d like. Dig in before it melts!

# Notes:

01 - Stick to using freshly fallen snow from clean spots.
02 - Eat it right after making to avoid melting.
03 - Colder milk gives you the best final texture.
