# Ingredients:

→ Cheese

01 - 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese

→ Meat

02 - 2 pounds of ground beef

→ Oil

03 - 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 bell pepper, chopped
05 - ½ a diced yellow onion

→ Canned Goods

06 - 10-ounce can of tomatoes with green chilis, not drained

→ Dairy

07 - 1 cup of sour cream

→ Seasoning

08 - 1 packet of taco mix

→ Pasta

09 - 1 pound of spaghetti

→ Broth

10 - 1 cup of beef stock

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the spaghetti package to cook it. Once done, pour out the water and set the noodles aside.
02 - In a hot pan, add the ground beef and cook until all pink bits are gone. Get rid of any extra grease once it's browned.
03 - Heat up olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. Toss in the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking for a few minutes until they're soft.
04 - Put the cooked meat back in the pan. Sprinkle the taco mix, then stir in the tomatoes, beef stock, sour cream, and cheese. Combine everything well and let it simmer gently so the cheese melts.
05 - Toss the drained pasta into the pan with the sauce mixture. Stir until the noodles are covered completely.
06 - Serve it up while it's still warm!
