02 - 2 cups (16 ounces) whole milk ricotta
03 - 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
04 - 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice

05 - 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped dill
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of everything bagel blend
07 - 1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest
08 - 4 ounces of chopped smoked salmon
09 - 1/4 cup of thin-cut red onions
10 - 1 tablespoon of capers

→ For Serving

11 - Cucumber slices
12 - Bagel crisps
13 - Lemon wedges

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the ricotta, cream cheese, salt, and lemon juice into a food processor. Blend until it looks smooth and feels creamy.
02 - Take that whipped cheese mixture and spread it all over a nice serving plate.
03 - Scatter the smoked salmon, onions, capers, lemon zest, bagel seasoning, and dill on top.
