Spooky Skewered Salami (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into wedges for garnish
02 - 1 cup mozzarella balls, mini-sized
03 - 4 ounces pepperoni stick, sliced into rounds
04 - 2 tablespoons kalamata olives, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a sharp knife and make small cuts in the mozzarella balls. Put them aside for now.
02 - Carefully mince the kalamata olives and push them into the cuts you made in the mozzarella to form eye-like details.
03 - Slice the pepperoni stick into rounds about 2 cm thick and thin strips ranging from 0.5 to 1.3 cm.
04 - Cut the red bell pepper into small, wedge-like pieces to use as a finishing touch. Want some heat? Toss in dried chili peppers as an option.
05 - Thread a red pepper wedge onto the skewer first. Then add a pepperoni slice, a mozzarella ball with an olive 'eye,' and a thicker pepperoni slice. Finish it with thin pepperoni slices and another mozzarella ball at the bottom for balance.
06 - Place the skewers in the fridge for a while. Serve them chilled on a spooky-themed platter for some holiday fun.
