Ranch Chicken Sandwiches (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 sandwich buns
02 - 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
03 - 2 lbs chicken breasts, no skin or bones
04 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and broken into bits (optional)
05 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened at room temp
06 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
07 - Shredded lettuce (optional)
08 - Pickle slices (optional)
09 - Cheese slices (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Add the chicken breasts into your slow cooker.
02 - Spread the ranch seasoning mix all over the chicken pieces.
03 - Drop in the softened cream cheese, then pour the chicken broth over it.
04 - Let it cook covered. Choose low for 6-7 hours, or go with high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken’s super easy to pull apart with forks.
05 - Shred the chicken straight in the crock pot while stirring it into the creamy sauce.
06 - Pile the shredded chicken onto buns. Add bacon crumbles, lettuce, pickles, or cheese slices as you like.
