Piña Colada Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 oz white or dark rum
02 - 1 oz coconut cream
03 - 1 oz blue curaçao
04 - 2 oz juice from pineapples
05 - ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
06 - 1/4 tsp shimmer dust that's safe to eat
07 - 1 cup of ice cubes
08 - 1 cherry for decoration
09 - 1 slice of pineapple for topping
10 - Optional: whipped cream for extra flair

# Instructions:

01 - Take a hurricane glass (or tall one), dip the rim in honey or syrup, and then coat it with sugar crystals or edible shimmer for a fancy look.
02 - Put pineapple juice, coconut cream, rum, lime juice, and ice into a blender. Blend till it's all smooth. Fill half your prepared glass with this and leave the rest in the blender for later.
03 - Toss in the blue curaçao and a little shimmer dust to the leftover mixture in the blender. Blend again until the color is nice and even.
04 - Carefully pour the blue mix over the yellow in the glass. Use a spoon or straw to lightly swirl the two, giving it that galaxy vibe.
05 - Garnish with the pineapple slice, maraschino cherry, and whipped cream if you'd like. Serve with a straw and enjoy!
