Piña Colada Delight (Print Version)
# Ingredients:

2 oz white or dark rum

1 oz coconut cream

1 oz blue curaçao

2 oz juice from pineapples

½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice

1/4 tsp shimmer dust that's safe to eat

1 cup of ice cubes

1 cherry for decoration

1 slice of pineapple for topping

Optional: whipped cream for extra flair
# Instructions:

Take a hurricane glass (or tall one), dip the rim in honey or syrup, and then coat it with sugar crystals or edible shimmer for a fancy look.

Put pineapple juice, coconut cream, rum, lime juice, and ice into a blender. Blend till it's all smooth. Fill half your prepared glass with this and leave the rest in the blender for later.

Toss in the blue curaçao and a little shimmer dust to the leftover mixture in the blender. Blend again until the color is nice and even.

Carefully pour the blue mix over the yellow in the glass. Use a spoon or straw to lightly swirl the two, giving it that galaxy vibe.

Garnish with the pineapple slice, maraschino cherry, and whipped cream if you'd like. Serve with a straw and enjoy!
