Easy Pepperoni Cheese Snack (Print Version)

01 - ¼ cup tomato sauce without added sugar
02 - A dozen slices of pepperoni
03 - ½ cup of shredded cheddar, or a mix like mozzarella and parmesan

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the heat to medium under your nonstick pan. Scoop around 1 tablespoon of cheese into small flat mounds, leaving a bit of space between them. Fit about 4-6 at one go depending on how much room you've got.
02 - When the cheese begins to bubble (roughly 1 minute), put a slice of pepperoni on each pile. Let it sit until the edges are browned and crispy.
03 - Flip each pile carefully so the pepperoni side faces down. Let it cook for about 30 seconds longer. Move them to a plate with the pepperoni side facing up and enjoy with the tomato sauce.
04 - Keep repeating this process until you've used up all the ingredients.
