Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 9×13-inch dish with oil or spray.

Mix together the brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and oil in a big bowl until smooth.

Slowly stir in the self-rising flour. Toss in the vanilla while mixing, but stop as soon as it’s blended.

Add the pecans and stir them in evenly so every bite gets some.

Pour the mix into the greased dish. Let it bake for 30-35 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when a toothpick in the middle comes out clean.
