Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to warm up.

Cut the pears in half and take out the cores to make small wells inside.

Arrange the pear halves, cut side facing up, in a baking dish. Fill the hollowed centers with chopped cranberries and crumbled feta. Pour olive oil over the top.

Put the dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the pears become soft and the cheese starts to melt.

Take the dish out of the oven, drizzle honey generously over the pears, then sprinkle fresh thyme. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top if you'd like. These are great served warm as either a dessert or a light starter.
