No-Bake Valentine's Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, brought to room temperature
02 - 36 classic Oreo cookies

→ Topping & Decoration

03 - 1/2 cup melted white candy coating
04 - 12 ounces pink candy melts
05 - 1 teaspoon plus 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
06 - Gold edible glitter, optional
07 - A festive mix of sprinkles, for the top

# Instructions:

01 - Set a baking sheet on the counter and place a sheet of parchment over it. This'll keep things clean and prevent sticking.
02 - Smash the Oreos into a fine powder using a food processor, or pop them in a bag and roll over them with a rolling pin.
03 - Combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth and fully integrated. Use your hands or a spatula—either works!
04 - Shape the mixture into balls about 1 inch wide. Place them on the lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for half an hour to firm them up.
05 - While you're waiting, melt the pink candy melts by microwaving in short 30-second bursts. Stir in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil until completely smooth.
06 - Use a toothpick to dip each truffle into the pink candy coating. Tap off any extra chocolate, and lay it back onto the parchment paper.
07 - Melt the white candy with the extra teaspoon of coconut oil, then pour it into a plastic or piping bag. Decorate your truffles with pretty drizzles.
08 - Before the chocolate sets, toss on sprinkles and sprinkle some gold glitter if you'd like. Go wild and make them look magical!
09 - Leave them to sit for roughly 10 minutes until the coating hardens. Once ready, dig in or share 'em with your favorite people.

# Notes:

02 - Pair them with a glass of milk, a hot drink, or sparkling wine for an extra touch.
