# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups of plain all-purpose flour
02 - 1 cup of softened butter at room temp
03 - 3 teaspoons of powdery baking powder
04 - 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (sometimes called confectioner's sugar)
05 - 1/2 cup of sugary condensed milk

# Instructions:

01 - Whip the softened butter in a regular bowl using a mixer until it turns fluffy and smooth. This should take about three minutes.
02 - Pour in the sweetened condensed milk while mixing the whipped butter. Blend it for a couple more minutes. If you'd like extra flavor, mix up to 2 teaspoons of your favorite extract now.
03 - Give the bowl a good scrape to bring everything together. Then keep mixing another minute to make sure all ingredients are blended well.
04 - Slowly mix the flour and baking powder into the wet ingredients until it all comes together. If you'd like to toss in extras like dried cranberries or chocolate chips (up to 1 cup), now's the time!
05 - Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Make sure there’s at least two inches between each dough ball.
06 - Put the cookies into a preheated oven at 320°F and cook them for 12 minutes.
07 - Leave the cookies on the baking sheet to cool for five minutes. Then move them to a cooling rack. Once they’re fully cooled, sprinkle on powdered sugar for a final touch before storing.

# Notes:

01 - These tender cookies are made with butter and condensed milk, giving them a super soft and rich feel.
02 - Feel free to make them your own by adding extras like chocolate chips or flavored extracts.
