Marshmallow Chocolate Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup soft butter.
02 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon of table salt.
05 - 2 cups plain flour.
06 - 3/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened).
07 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring.
08 - 2 eggs (large size).
09 - 1 cup marshmallow cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the cocoa, flour, salt, and baking soda together.
02 - Blend the butter and sugar until it’s airy. Takes around 3-4 minutes.
03 - Drop in eggs one by one. Mix in the vanilla after.
04 - Gently fold wet and dry mixtures till just blended.
05 - Let dough chill for an hour. Roll into balls and swirl in marshmallow.
06 - Bake at 350°F for around 10-12 minutes, or until the sides feel firm.

# Notes:

01 - If you don’t have marshmallow fluff, melted marshmallows work.
02 - Flip the tray halfway to bake everything evenly.
03 - You can freeze the dough and save it for another time.
