Lime Cilantro Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup freshly chopped cilantro
02 - 1 clove of garlic, small
03 - 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
04 - 2 tablespoons mayo
05 - 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
06 - ¼ teaspoon powder made from onion
07 - ½ teaspoon fine sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the mayo, lime juice, yogurt, garlic, salt, and onion powder in your food processor. Blend everything until it’s nice and smooth.
02 - Toss in the cilantro, then give it a few quick blends. You want a creamy, green-flecked sauce. Do a little taste test and adjust if needed.
