Korean Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
02 - 1 tbsp minced ginger
03 - 5-6 pieces of chicken thighs (boneless skinless or bone-in)
04 - 2 tbsp gochujang paste
05 - 1 tbsp honey
06 - 2 tbsp mirin
07 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
08 - 2 tbsp avocado oil

# Instructions:

01 - Stir everything together in a bowl until combined.
02 - Toss the chicken in the sauce so it’s fully covered. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes, or leave it in the fridge overnight if time allows.
03 - Set your air fryer to 350°F, and cook for 20 minutes, flipping midway through. Make sure the chicken’s internal temperature hits 165°F or more.
04 - Dish out the chicken and dig in!

01 - This dish brings bold Korean flavors with a balance of sweet heat from gochujang.
02 - Feel free to pick bone-in or boneless thighs—both work great for this.
