Keto Nachos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 8 ounces ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
03 - ¼ cup chopped onion
04 - 1 tablespoon avocado oil

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
06 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon chipotle chili powder
08 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
09 - Salt and pepper as you like

→ For Assembly

10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
11 - 1 batch of keto chips

# Instructions:

01 - Pour oil into a big skillet and set it to medium heat. Toss in the onion and cook until soft, roughly 5 minutes. Then, toss in garlic and stir for about a minute, enjoying its aroma.
02 - Add the beef to your skillet. Break it down with a spoon so it's crumbly and even. Let it cook for 5 minutes while continuing to stir as it browns nicely.
03 - Add the chili powder, cumin, chipotle chili powder, red pepper flakes, and your preferred amount of salt and pepper. Keep stirring for 4 minutes to make sure the flavors mix together well.
04 - Move your oven rack to the highest spot and turn on the broiler to high. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, then lay out your keto chips on it.
05 - Spoon the seasoned beef over the arranged chips and scatter shredded cheese all over the top. Broil for about 2 minutes, keeping an eye on it, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
