# Ingredients:

01 - Block of mozzarella cheese, 1 pound.
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 3 eggs, beaten.
04 - 1 cup plain breadcrumbs.
05 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
06 - Cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon plus 2 tablespoons, split.
07 - Smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon plus another teaspoon, divided.
08 - Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon split into two portions.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter.
11 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
12 - Optional, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
13 - 2-3 tablespoons of hot sauce.
14 - Avocado oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice mozzarella into sticks about 3 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
02 - Get three bowls ready—one with flour, one with eggs, and the last with the breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.
03 - Coat each stick twice by dipping in flour, then egg, and finish with breadcrumbs.
04 - Place the coated sticks in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
05 - Fry the sticks in oil heated to 375°F for 1-2 minutes until they're golden brown.
06 - Combine the melted butter, hot sauce, and seasonings in a small bowl.
07 - Serve the fried mozzarella with the spicy butter mixture for dipping.
