Galaxy Piña Colada (Print Version)
# Ingredients:

1 cup of ice cubes

2 oz of white or dark rum

1 oz of creamy coconut milk
04 -
1 oz of bright blue curaçao
05 -
2 oz of sweet pineapple juice
06 -
Half an ounce of lime juice
07 -
1/4 teaspoon of edible shimmer powder
08 -
1 cherry for topping

A slice of pineapple for decoration

Add whipped cream if you like
# Instructions:

Swipe some honey or syrup on the glass rim. Sprinkle shimmer dust or sugar crystals on the rim to make it shiny.

Toss your rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut cream, and ice into a blender. Let it blend until silky smooth. Pour some of this mix into the decorated glass and keep it aside.

Into the leftover mixture in the blender, throw in the blue curaçao and shimmer powder. Blend it up again until the color pops.

Slowly pour the blue mix on top of the yellow mix in the glass. Gently swirl a straw or spoon to merge the colors in a spiral.

Pop a pineapple slice and cherry on top. Add whipped cream if you'd like. Stick in a straw and you're ready!
