→ For Frying & Finishing

08 - Powdered sugar for sprinkling on top
09 - Vegetable oil to fry in

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big mixing bowl and stir together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder until it's all blended nicely.
02 - In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract together until it looks smooth and combined.
03 - Slowly pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients as you whisk it non-stop. Keep whisking until there aren't any lumps left, and it's nice and smooth.
04 - Heat up about 2-3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan or pot until it's at 350°F (175°C). Move the batter into a squeeze bottle or piping bag.
05 - Pipe out 3-4 inch strips of batter right into the hot oil. Fry them for 1-2 minutes per side until they're crispy and golden.
06 - Take the fried sticks out and place them on paper towels to drain the oil. While they're warm, give them a generous dusting of powdered sugar and serve while still hot.

# Notes:

01 - Keep your oil temperature steady with a thermometer for the best results.
02 - Get creative with chocolate drizzle, cinnamon sugar, or caramel sauce on top.
03 - Leftovers can chill in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat them in the oven or air fryer to make them crispy again.
