Feta Pears & Honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
04 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
05 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
06 - 4 pears, halved and cored, still a bit firm
07 - Salt for sprinkling
08 - Dash of black pepper

09 - Chopped walnuts for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat up.
02 - Slice the pears in half and scoop out the centers to make space for stuffing.
03 - Put the pear halves in a baking dish, flat side up. Drizzle olive oil on top, then add the feta and cranberries into the wells.
04 - Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, just until they soften up and the cheese gets slightly gooey.
05 - Take the dish out, drizzle honey all over, and top with thyme. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
06 - If you'd like, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top for crunch. Serve warm as a small dessert or starter.
