Melt butter in a microwaveable bowl. Rinse those potatoes well and dry them off with a towel or some paper towels.

Chop up the potatoes into evenly-sized pieces. Smaller chunks cook crispier!

Toss the potato cubes in a bowl or toss them directly onto the air fryer rack in one flat layer. Brush butter over them and sprinkle your chosen seasoning on top.

Set the air fryer to 375°F and let the potatoes cook for 15 minutes.

Stir or turn the potatoes with a spatula so they stay in one layer. Fry for another 5 minutes till the insides are fluffy and the outsides are crunchy.
