Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon of Cajun spice blend (or any favorite seasoning)
02 - 1/2 cup of melted butter (1 stick)
03 - 6 potatoes, white variety

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a microwaveable bowl. Rinse those potatoes well and dry them off with a towel or some paper towels.
02 - Chop up the potatoes into evenly-sized pieces. Smaller chunks cook crispier!
03 - Toss the potato cubes in a bowl or toss them directly onto the air fryer rack in one flat layer. Brush butter over them and sprinkle your chosen seasoning on top.
04 - Set the air fryer to 375°F and let the potatoes cook for 15 minutes.
05 - Stir or turn the potatoes with a spatula so they stay in one layer. Fry for another 5 minutes till the insides are fluffy and the outsides are crunchy.

# Notes:

01 - Cutting the potatoes smaller makes them extra crispy.
02 - Evenly-sized pieces help everything cook up the same way.
03 - Lay potatoes flat so they’re not resting on top of each other.
04 - Swap Cajun seasoning for any spice mix you love.
