Crispy Broccoli Garlic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium head of broccoli (about 1.5 pounds), broken into medium-sized florets.
02 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
03 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt, adjust as needed.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, or more if you like.
06 - 2 tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan cheese, optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 425°F and prep a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Mix broccoli pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper directly on the lined tray.
03 - Evenly spread out the broccoli so it’s in one layer on the tray.
04 - Bake for 14 to 18 minutes until stems are tender and florets are crisp and browned at the edges.
05 - If you’re adding parmesan, sprinkle it on now and serve while hot.

01 - You can roast peeled broccoli stems too.
02 - Keeping the broccoli spread out ensures they cook evenly.
