# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil to mix in.
02 - 1 box rigatoni pasta (8 ounces), boiled to al dente.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil for tossing everything together.
04 - ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper.
05 - 1 whole fresh garlic clove, minced finely.
06 - ½ cup parmesan cheese that's been freshly grated.
07 - 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your air fryer up to 400°F and let it preheat for a little bit.
02 - Take your boiled pasta and mix it in a large bowl with a tablespoon of olive oil to evenly coat it.
03 - Lay your oiled pasta in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
04 - Set the timer for 8-10 minutes, letting the pasta cook until you see it turn a beautiful golden brown.
05 - In a bowl, stir the extra olive oil, minced garlic, pepper, and sea salt together.
06 - Toss the warm pasta crisps with your prepared seasoning mix, then sprinkle them with parmesan.
07 - Serve while hot alongside a dip like garlic sauce or marinara.

01 - For the crispiest pasta chips, make sure your pasta isn't overcooked.
02 - If the basket gets crowded, try cooking them in smaller batches.
