Creamy Ranch Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¼ cup whole milk, or more if needed.
02 - ½ cup sour cream, full fat.
03 - ½ cup mayonnaise, regular.
04 - 1 tablespoon white vinegar, wine variety.
05 - 1 teaspoon parsley, dried.
06 - 1 teaspoon chives, dried.
07 - ¼ teaspoon dill, dried.
08 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper.
09 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - ⅛ teaspoon onion powder.
11 - ¼ teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together sour cream and mayo in a bowl until it's creamy.
02 - Add the vinegar, spices, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well so everything combines.
03 - Pour milk in gradually, whisking gently until it's as thick or runny as you need. Keep in mind it'll get a bit thicker after chilling.
04 - Tightly cover the bowl and store it in the fridge for at least two hours before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Stick with whole milk for the smoothest texture.
02 - To make a thick dip, use less milk. For dressing, add a bit more.
03 - Swap white vinegar with lemon juice or another vinegar type.
04 - Perfect for drizzling on salads, dipping fries, or spreading on sandwiches.
