# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1 pound chicken breast, diced into small chunks
03 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your taste

08 - 8 ounces penne or fettuccine pasta
09 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)
10 - 2 garlic cloves, crushed
11 - 2 tablespoons butter
12 - 1 cup heavy cream
13 - Salt and pepper to your liking
14 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Boil salted water in a pot, toss in the pasta, and cook until it's just firm to the bite. Strain it and leave it for now.
02 - Throw your chicken pieces in a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until every bit of chicken is coated nicely.
03 - Warm up olive oil in a big pan over medium to high heat. Fry the chicken chunks, flipping them every few minutes. Once they're golden and fully cooked, take them out and keep them aside.
04 - Using the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic till it smells amazing. Pour in the cream and let it slowly thicken while stirring in the Parmesan, salt, and a bit of pepper until it’s smooth and creamy.
05 - Toss the pasta into your creamy sauce, stirring to coat it evenly. Carefully stir in the crispy chicken pieces and let it heat through for a minute or two before serving.
