Cool Watermelon Slush (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 cups of frozen, seedless watermelon chunks (freeze for a day or more)
02 - Juice from one big lime
03 - A quarter cup of loosely packed fresh basil or mint leaves (optional, but worth it)
04 - 1 1/2 cups of clean drinking water
05 - 2 to 4 tablespoons of maple syrup, depending on taste

# Instructions:

01 - Let the watermelon chunks thaw on the counter for about 5–10 minutes so they're not rock hard.
02 - Toss the watermelon, lime juice, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, water, and the basil or mint into your blender. Blend until the watermelon starts breaking down.
03 - Blend until you've got a thick slushie. Taste it and add more maple syrup if you like it sweeter. Add a splash of water if it's too thick.
04 - Evenly divide the slushie between four glasses, then serve and drink right away.
