Cherry Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
02 - 2 tablespoons plus 2 cups of regular flour.
03 - 1/4 cup of melted salted butter.
04 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
05 - 2 large eggs at room temperature.
06 - 1/2 cup of white sugar.
07 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
08 - 3/4 cup of milk.
09 - 21 ounces of cherry pie filling, drained.
10 - 1 tablespoon of cream.
11 - 1/4 cup of cold butter, cut into small cubes.
12 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
13 - 1/4 cup of plain sugar.
14 - 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F, line the muffin tin, and get your dry stuff mixed first.
02 - Beat the eggs, stir in melted butter, sugar, milk, and vanilla.
03 - Gently stir the wet mixture into the dry stuff. Add those cherries, being careful not to squish them.
04 - Spoon batter into the cups, add cherries on top, then finish with the streusel you make and sprinkle over each.
05 - Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until ready. Let them cool a bit, around 10 minutes, before lifting them out.

# Notes:

01 - Don't go too hard when mixing the batter.
02 - Tastes best when it's still warm.
03 - Rinse off that cherry filling before adding.
