Chopped Italian Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced into quarters
02 - 3 tablespoons of Italian-style dressing (like Primal Kitchen)
03 - 2 slices of deli ham, cut into strips (e.g., Whole30 approved ham)
04 - 1 large head or 2 small heads of chopped romaine lettuce
05 - A small handful of sliced banana peppers
06 - 1/4 cup of fine-chopped red onion
07 - A few (3–4) basil leaves, finely cut
08 - 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
09 - Optional: a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley
10 - Optional: pieces of salami (around 3 slices, diced)
11 - Optional: hearts of palm, sliced
12 - Optional: pieces of artichoke hearts
13 - Optional: kalamata olives, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Slice or chop all your ingredients and toss them into a big bowl.
02 - Drizzle the Italian dressing over the ingredients in the bowl.
03 - Mix everything with salad tossers or a pair of large forks. Make sure the dressing covers everything evenly.
