Dry and rinse your cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Slice the cucumber and onion into thin pieces.

Mix the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, oregano, and pepper flakes in a small pot. Heat it over medium until the sugar and salt dissolve while stirring. Let it boil.

In a container or jar, throw in the tomatoes, onion, and cucumber. Pour the pickling liquid, making sure the veggies are completely covered.

Add the dill into the mixture and give it a good stir.

Close the lid of the jar tightly and pop it in the fridge. Let it sit for at least 2 hours or as long as 2 weeks. The flavor gets better with time.

Use the pickled tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers as a topping or snack.
