Cheesy Tortilla Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Creamy Mixture

01 - 1 packet (1 oz/28g) taco seasoning
02 - 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream
03 - 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, brought to room temperature

→ Tasty Add-ins

04 - 1/4 cup (10g) fresh cilantro, roughly chopped (optional)
05 - 1/4 cup (40g) black olives, finely chopped (optional)
06 - 1/2 cup (75g) green onions, thinly sliced
07 - 1/2 cup (75g) red bell pepper, diced into small pieces
08 - 1 cup (100g) freshly shredded Mexican cheese blend

→ Tortilla Wraps

09 - 4 large 10-inch flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Take a big mixing bowl and combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and seasoning packet. Mix everything until it's nice and smooth.
02 - Add the shredded Mexican cheese, chopped bell pepper, sliced green onions, black olives, and cilantro to the creamy base. Stir everything gently until it’s all combined evenly.
03 - Spread a good amount of the filling on a tortilla, leaving the edges clear. Roll it firmly from one side into a tight log. Do the same with the remaining tortillas and filling.
04 - Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and place them in the fridge for at least an hour so they can set.
05 - After chilling, take off the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pieces. Arrange the pieces on a platter for serving.

# Notes:

01 - Add cooked ground beef or chorizo for a more filling option
02 - Kick up the heat with some diced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce
03 - These can be made the night before and chilled until you serve them
