In a big skillet, fry up the bacon pieces till they’re crispy and transfer them to a spacious bowl.

Mix in hash browns, eggs, cheeses (cheddar, cottage, and Swiss), and some salt and pepper. Pour it all into the prepped baking dish.

Pop it in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Cover the top with foil if it starts browning quicker than the rest of the dish cooks.
