Grab a medium-sized bowl and toss together the cheese cubes, chopped olives, salami pieces, oil-packed tomatoes, and small pickles. Give the mix a gentle stir until everything is spread out evenly.

Take about 2 tablespoons of fresh basil, chop it up roughly, and add it to the mix. It'll add a fresh, sweet touch and make the dish more colorful.
